The Durham Bulls, the AAA minor league baseball team for the Tampa Bay Rays located just a short drive from Lenovo Center in Raleigh, hosted their annual 'Hurricanes' night on Friday.
As part of the promotional event, the Bulls wore Carolina Hurricanes' themed jerseys, Stormy was in attendance and Canes defenseman Jalen Chatfield threw out the ceremonial first pitch.

In addition, the Bulls sounded the warning siren before the game and Jack Drury was also in attendance, helping to 'Light the Bull.'
Last season, Jordan Martinook was selected to throw the first pitch, putting it right over the plate.

Chatfield's throw however was just a bit more off target, but at least he put some heat on it.

While the Bulls managed to tie up the game in the bottom of the eighth thanks to a two-run homer by Kameron Misner, the Bulls eventually fell 3-2 in extra innings.
